SEVIERly GOOD GLUTEN FREE is a dedicated gluten free baking mix business based in Tacoma Washington. Each of our mixes is made with loving care and attention to detail on dedicated equipment.
Our mixes are GLUTEN, SOY, DAIRY, NUT, BEAN and CORN* FREE! Our pizza dough is the only mix containing corn and is always manufactured and stored separately.
We strive to use as many local and organic products as are available (all of our flours come from Bob’s Redmill and are certified Gluten Free). For more information please see our recipes page. Additionally each of our mixes comes with simple instructions and only calls for approximately 3 wet ingredients. Additions can be included based on your preferences for embellishing your recipe and delighting your taste buds.
